Javier Acuna, founder of Food First Delaware, an organization which has fed hospital workers, first responders and Delawareans during the coronavirus pandemic. He also runs the Acuna Hospitality Group, whose restaurants include Santa Fe Grill. In December, he donated proceeds from food sales to a holiday employee fund that was distributed among Hakuna employees.
